Tyla is a level 3 trained breathwork facilitator. She believes that all of the answers lie within us, not outside of us and if we take a little time to connect with ourselves through the breath, we can access places within us that we never knew existed, or perhaps, that we have forgotten. These are places that are full of more joy, wisdom, freedom, abundance and expansion.
Tyla was introduced to breathwork at a time in her life when she was clouded with sadness, low self-worth, fear and anxiety. She had been to many therapists over the years but found that, for her, talk therapy never really helped. It was as if there was something within that wasn’t quite being reached. Then, breathwork came along and after just one session, Tyla was blown away. For the first time in a long time, Tyla felt a deep connection to herself and to life. A sense of peace and self-love that she had been longing for washed over her. Tyla felt that the breath got straight to the point, helping her to release all heavy thoughts, beliefs and emotions that she had been clinging onto for so long. There was no need to mentally dissect and understand any of it with logic. It was as if she had just taken a shortcut on her own healing journey.
Since her first experience Tyla has continued to use the breath to transform her life, allowing it to guide her back to her heart and to her truth over and over again, and it has become a mission of Tyla’s to share the healing powers of breahwork with others.
