Gentle relaxation and stress relief through hypnosis. This allows a Hypnotherapist to work with you individually or in a group to release tension and unwind as you move into a light trance state. With brain waves of Theta and Alpha the brain resembles sleep, but it is very much aware of suggestions. Thus, it is easier to become more relaxed. Hypnosis for relaxation is not unlike a deep meditative state.
In a one to one session, I am able to interact with you and speak to you and you with me whilst you are in a deep trance. A group session may produce good results as you are taken on a magical, spiritual journey into yourself through guided instructions from a hypnotherapist. In a group you will simply observe the images and feelings and recall them when you are fully conscious. A group session may give you all that you need, or it may ignite an interest to explore on a deeper level with a one to one session. It is perfectly safe with a professional therapist and very relaxing.
