My name is Kat Stott, and I’m a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, with a background in yoga, health, and fitness. I am both certified and insured in conscious connected breathwork and have experience holding space for individuals, and small and large groups of people, both in-person and online. I’m a mom of three beautiful children, living and loving life in Falmouth after moving over here from South Africa with my husband (and our three kids in tow). Life in South Africa was stressful towards the end, especially since we were moving our entire lives in the middle of a global pandemic. This resulted in me having intense panic attacks. Throughout our transition from there to here, the only thing that helped me cope with the mounting fears that I was experiencing was the breath. Since landing here, it has guided my path in the most profound ways, leading me to find my footing, grounding, and a deeper appreciation for the gift of this magnificent life. This is something I want to share with the world.
