When we feel well, life just seems a little bit simpler, The Wellness Hut was created by Kerry and Jon with this in mind. After using alternative and holistic therapies within their own journey they realised what an important part these practices can play in moving us towards a healthier and happier life.
The Wellness Hut is a hub of wellness activity, it has been created to assist others on their own journey to wellness and help them to make empowered choices about their health. We have a lovely bunch of genuine practitioners offering a wide range of health and wellbeing services from Mindfulness Courses, Reflexology, Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Breathwork to a wonderful range of Massage Therapies to suit everyone. The Wellness Hut has a focus on offering natural/chemical free therapies to help the body and mind heal naturally.
Many people have commented that The Wellness Hut is an oasis away from the noisiness of life. It feels like a safe haven full of wonderful healing energy, our customers are always eager to return. Treat a loved one to a dose of wellbeing and relaxation with a Gift Voucher from The Wellness Hut. You can purchase Gift Vouchers for any amount or for a specific treatment. They can be used with any of our practitioners or to purchase items from our lovely shop.

Loyalty Cards
Don’t forget to ask your practitioner about our Wellness Hut Loyalty cards. They last for 12 months so plenty of time to get some lovely treatments in!
How it works? Gain one stamp for every £20 spent in The Wellness Hut (on treatments or in the shop). After 4 stamps receive 25% off any treatment, after another 4 stamps receive 50% off any treatment.

Due to there being no waiting area please ensure that you turn up for your appointment at your allotted time and not before.
The Wellness Hut is situated in Stithians which is a great central location (within 10 miles of Truro, Falmouth, Helston, Redruth and Camborne). Our address is, The Wellness Hut, Church Rd, Stithians, Truro TR3 7DH (opposite the Seven Stars Inn).
Free on road parking is available along the street. Please be aware that school drop off (8.40-9am) and pick up (3-3.20pm) times can be busy.
A public toilet is available around the back of The Wellness Hut with disabled access.
The Wellness Hut itself has a ramp to allow disabled access.

If you enjoy reading we also have a Health and Wellbeing Lending Library, full of books waiting to be borrowed. £5 to join and then borrow books on topics such as Mindfulness, Healthy Eating, Gluten Free Living, Positive Parenting and more.
