I am Wendy Curnow, I am married and the mother of three grown up children. I have been working as an Equine Podiatrist for the last 10 years. I have always been interested in alternative therapies especially since my children were small. I have used a Cranio Sacral Therapist and Homeopath myself and for all my family and animals for the last twenty five years. In more recent years my friends and I were worried about who would come and treat our families and animals once our very special therapist retired, after much thought- 4 years ago – I decided that I would go to the Karuna Institute on Dartmoor and learn myself! So here I am – I have had much help from many people and I have finally qualified. I am hoping to do a post grad later this year so that I may also work on horses and their riders as a partnership in the future and next January I am booked to do a post grad course to work with Mums and small babies and children – in some cultures Cranio Sacral Therapists are on hand in delivery suites to help babies and mothers, who have had a tough time of it during the birth process.
