Breathwork can be seen as a bridge to connect our inner and outer worlds. It is beautifully healing and enlightening. Allowing us to delve deep into the body archive and release what is being held here without needing to understand what it is or why it exists.
I often combine this Breathwork with Compassionate Inquiry so you become more fully connected to what is alive in you and where you can consciously set an intention for the session.There is also time to integrate any wisdom and messages from the sessions.
Tyla is a level 3 trained breathwork facilitator. She believes that all of the answers lie within us, not outside of us and if we take a little time to connect with ourselves through the breath, we can access places within us that we never knew existed, or perhaps, that we have forgotten. These are places that are full of more joy, wisdom, freedom, abundance and expansion.
