Personal Training

With years of experience as a professional Rugby Player and working in the Fitness Industry Jon has a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to keeping fit and well.  

Jon offers Personal Training Sessions on a 1-1 basis or with small groups.  He can help you achieve goals such as losing weight, feeling fitter, gaining confidence as well as injury rehabilitation.

Fitness Classes at The Stithians Centre, Church Rd, Stithians, TR3 7DH. **Advanced booking essential**

-> LIFE ACTIVE OVER 60’S
Suitable for people of All Ages and Ability. Focusing on Fitness, Core Strength, Flexibility, Posture and Stress Relief.
MONDAYS @ 9.45-10.45am – Circuit Class using equipment e.g. Stepper, Rower, Exercise Bike and Swiss Balls
MONDAYS @ 11-12PM – Using light weights, a chair and a mat all exercising together.

-> MINDFUL CORE FITNESS
Moderate Intensity, Focusing on Fitness, Core Strength, Flexibility, Posture and Stress Relief ending with a short relaxation exercise.
SUNDAYS @ 9.30-10.30am
