MONDAYS @ 9.45-10.45am – Circuit Class using equipment e.g. Stepper, Rower, Exercise Bike and Swiss Balls
MONDAYS @ 11-12PM – Using light weights, a chair and a mat all exercising together.

Moderate Intensity, Focusing on Fitness, Core Strength, Flexibility, Posture and Stress Relief ending with a short relaxation exercise.
