Conscious Connected Breathwork with Tracey

Breathwork can be seen as a bridge to connect our inner and outer worlds. It is beautifully healing and enlightening. Allowing us to delve deep into the body archive and release what is being held here without needing to understand what it is or why it exists.

I often combine this Breathwork with Compassionate Inquiry so you become more fully connected to what is alive in you and where you can consciously set an intention for the session.There is also time to integrate any wisdom and messages from the sessions.

Conscious Connected Breathwork with Kat

I offer conscious connected breathwork (CCB) sessions within a safe and welcoming container. CCB is a flowing, circular breath practice that allows us to switch off the monkey mind and sink deep into our bodies, where we can rely on our felt sense to lead the way. In doing so, we can tap into stuck energy, emotions, and even old trauma that has been holding us hostage and preventing us from living in our fullest expression. I am constantly in awe of how breathwork has the capacity to move people in ways they have not been able to before.
